1 ½ cups dairy-free milk, such as almond milk, hemp milk, or cashew milk
½ cup pea or broccoli sprouts
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
*1 handful mixed greens
*1 apple
*3 kale leaves
½ lemon, juiced
dash of cayenne pepper
